My husband brought me here looks beautiful modern clean neat loved it the first time Jennifer took care of us amazing Then I went on a Tuesday for my fills and a Younger girl came to do my fills well started too .. she was rough with my nails hurt my finger as she’s file ing to remove my gel. I see no more gel and she’s continuing I said ok she’s going to redo and put more gel my nails were oval NOT pointy as she’s file ing them so she’s done and I said I like my nails thick and u filed this nail more than what u we’re supposed too it looked thinner than the other nail and really pointy looks really different from my other hand right away she started talking in her language which I feel that is so rude speak English so I can understand what u are saying . This place is only $25 for a pedicure and almost across the street from my house and I'd really hoped that they'd be good. However, my first time, the guy cut pretty aggressively into the side of my toenail which left the right side where my nail and skin meet raw and sore. As I wasn't positive that this was because of what he's done, I returned. This time, a woman did it and could see that something was going on the right right side of my big toe and asked if it hurt to which I responded, Yes, it does. Please, don't do anything to that toe other than redo the polish. Next thing I know, she is digging into the side of my nail and pulling a piece of skin and nail all the way down the side. I begged her to stop and she did not. She continued to yank on it despite me saying numerous times, Pl

Horrible service, girl at front desk needs a reality and attitude check. Complained about nails and they were rude and ignored me. Then sat on phone for 5 minutes in front of me and said nothing and I said what’s the update and front desk girl has attitude. Lied and pretended nails look good all they are is money hungry. Not to mention they charged me $55 for non gel toes and 45$ to my sister who got gel and a flower design. They make up prices and only care about money. Fourth photo is what we asked for. Tons of stuff under the polish as well as not painting in lines. Nail tech put polish on a marble disk and used her finger to try and give a light polish effect.

I walked in on a Thursday afternoon and it was a little busy, so I was quoted a 25 minute wait for a pedicure. The receptionist was very kind and got me situated in a chair, but I was waiting there for more than an hour while the nail technicians were taking other customers after me and no one had come around to talk to me to inform me of a longer wait time. I'm sure I could have a better experience if I came at a different time, but I don't think I'll return.
