I only go to this store, for most items and have been for years. Idk why everyone is shocked that a store catering to a specific profession is checking for licenses. They should. They are selling at professional pricing, not retail. To be awarded that privilege, you have to pay your dues to become an actual professional. I have never experienced anyone being rude either. They are always nice to me, help me find what I’m looking for and answer any questions.

Great selection of products and great prices. And I had phenomenal service from two individuals one being a young lady and an older gentleman. They were very informational and took the time to turn on the lamps for me to make sure that they work as it was on sale, so it was not returnable. There was a young man that checked me out. He was unpleasant, but the rest of the staff and the store made up for his poor customer service.

Nowhere did I see on here that it REQUIRES a professional license to shop here. Drove 30 minutes to not be able to shop. 4 stars is because that’s what they had at the time I made this review and it required me to give stars. I didn’t want to hurt their stars but people should know before driving out.

I understand selling only to licensed techs hut the little chubby asian guy behind the counter was very rude. He literally took my supplies i picked up to pay for and he was going to cash them out and i took it upon myself to ask if they only serve licensed techs here, this guy said yes , took my stuff and threw them on the floor behind him and went back doing what he was doing. ABC NAILS AND DUSTINS NAIL SUPPLY is always more reliable and open to us all.
