I chose this rating because I ended up with a $79 bill for my nails (shown below), which felt excessive for the amount of work done. I only had the design on two fingers on each hand, and the marble design didn’t even match the picture I showed. To my surprise, I was charged more than I expected. First, Sunny was late opening the salon and starting. Throughout the appointment, there was a lack of communication. Sunny barely spoke, and only answered the questions they wanted to. Sunny also stopped a couple of times to answer phone calls which contributed to this experience. I felt unsure about what was going on, especially since the cost of the dip powder was never discussed beforehand. I didn’t want gel, but we never confirmed the dip powder price, which would have been important to know

first time here. Bai did my nails and she was amazing! i got a massage on my shoulders while i waited for my nails to dry and on my hands too! meticulous and very good! She accommodated my requests and I came out satisfied. The price may be a little expensive, but it's worth it. Thank you so much Bai!

Good prices got the Mani & Pedi for only $20 (mon-wed) and the guy did a really good job cleaning my cuticles. Plus the place is clean which is important! But my nail polish chipped the next day so my advice is go there for pedicures only!

I really loved the service they treated me great. You get a massage while waiting for your nails to dry. It's better to make an appointment and they have specials Monday through Wednesday. The place is clean and inviting. I can't imagine how busy they get during the summer. Overall I love my new nails. Will come back. 12/30/17 I could not be happier with their service, always welcoming and accommodating if you have to cancel appointments. (recommended making appointments it can get busy at times) I came to get my nails done for the end of the year and not only did I get a great and pleasant service but I got a complimentary lotion. I couldn't love this nail salon more. I always tell friends and family about this gem.

My service felt very rushed. I got a gel x manicure and pedicure. After only 2 days 2 of my nails broke completely off, please keep in mind I work a desk job. The first one that broke was my thumb which you would think is the sturdiest and it was while I was opening a donut box. Would not recommend.
