Rebecca the owner was so hospitable she makes sure my nails are perfect. She fixed my damage nail who made by other salon and she didn't charge me extra for it. She just charge me for gel and she cleans my nails amazing. This is the salon must to go. And you will get card that if you visit couple of time you will get free. Very recommended salon in 116th streer rockaway

They’re pretty nice here and I appreciate that, but I’m not confident in the work they do. These pictures are from Thursday, got this gel manicure done the Saturday before. I also went back on Monday, just two days after to have my thumb redone because it was already chipping. The lady who did my nail gladly agreed to fix it but she did a sloppy job. If you go, maybe check the quality of the nail polish. I think it’s one reason why this one turned out so bad.

Horrible job. They rushed my entire service, refused to do gold french tip , what i asked for. This was the only gold chrome that they had. Towards the end, they were screaming for a tip. I moved out of state and always come back here. But after this experience. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK!

I’ve been coming here for the past 9 years and this is definitely home for me. Rebecca is amazing and always goes above and beyond. The whole team is great. It’s such a relaxing atmosphere and they all treat you like family. If you need time to get away from your busy life I def recommend coming to friends to treat yourself. p.s they give the best back massages :)

I’ve been going to Friends for years and the service there is amazing. Rebecca and the whole team take pride in their work and make sure I always leave happy. The massages are also great. I will highly recommend if you’re looking for a new salon. 10/10
