I used to love coming here but the customer service is terrible. If you do a return is a store credit which is fine except the credit goes onto a receipt not a card or an account you can create. On top of that they almost didn’t let me return my item because it WAS NOT damaged. That’s backwards. They have a good selection but because of the service I’m finding a new place.

Seriously, as much money as we spend on hair products, I think you should invest in people that actually understands what CUSTOMER SERVICE is. I consider myself to be very pleasant when I interact with people. I asked if they sold a particular product and OMG!! The young looked at me like I asked her for blood😡then I go to check out and I ask, how’s your day? Mumbled fine under her breath. Okkkkkkkk, I said you don’t talk much do you?!? No.. Okkkkkk, so now I’m irritated because you applied for the job and you understood or at least I think you did!! I said, Have a good day!! No response.. I said it again just to get her to respond. Customer service is poor at all locations the one in the Kroger plaza has a African American teen as the cashier customer service skills sucks worst than the owner at the one across the lot at Wendy’s just a whole staff of bitter individuals I’m glad amazon exists

As much as I come and see my clients, you would think the owner would be a lot more friendly, professional, and nice. He is rude. It doesn’t make sense that they feel like they can get away with this. I will no longer be returning and I’ll make sure none of my clients go there. All of his workers, even though me by name, this will be my last encounter
