From the moment I walked in until the moment I walked out, my experience was absolutely amazing. Kim and Amanda at the front desk were warm, welcoming, and so helpful—they immediately set the tone for a relaxing visit. Drew, who did my massage, was absolutely fantastic. Professional, attentive, and truly skilled—he made sure I was comfortable the entire time and tailored the massage perfectly to my needs. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and so much better than when I arrived. The entire environment was calming and well-organized, and the level of care from start to finish really stood out. I would definitely recommend this place and will absolutely be back. Five stars all around! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My daughters & I each had facials and were thoroughly satisfied & impressed with the whole experience. Kim, Maisie & Melanie were skilled, professional & conversational during each of our treatments. Highly recommend!

Do not go here. I just got off the phone with the front desk lady after booking for tomorrow and the person who booked me, put me down for today so when I did not get confirmation of the appointment I called to make sure it was tomorrow and she said no its today. I cannot get the service today and it is the week of my wedding. I was looking forward to a nice relaxing massage but have never received a service here in the first place. The lady then proceeded to tell me since I am canceling today she has to charge my card even though THEY messed up on scheduling the appointment for me. I will be disputing the charge, stay far away from places like this with horrible customer service.

Kim H is amazing! I’d highly recommend her services. She always provides education to my questions and gives the best treatment. PLUS she is the kindest and most genuine person. I will always come back to Sunlighten for her!
