Ruqayyah is a healer. From the moment you meet her you feel completely at ease. Her hands are truly gifted. Her space is very calming from the music to the soft white rig like you’re on a cloud. I can’t wait to get my next massage.

I just had an absolutely incredible massage with Ruqayyah! She focuses on head, neck, and shoulders, and I got more relief from this massage than any of the hundreds of massages I have received over the years. My jaw is relaxed (if you've never had the jaw muscles massaged from inside your mouth, YOU. ARE. MISSING. OUT!), my neck has more range of motion, my shoulders feel like they've finally left my earlobes. I can't say enough about this lady's talent and attention to detail. She is so much more than just a massage therapist. I highly recommend her!

Ruqayyah is an amazing Massage Therapist. She showed me where I was holding a lot of tension in my jaw that I hadn’t been aware of. It helped me to notice that I was in fact clenching a lot throughout the day. I would say if you have any TMJ issues, she is definitely the person you want to see. Her technique is different than what you typically see. We focused on my upper body for the session we had, where I hold most all my tension. I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommend.

I have suffered from neck and shoulder pain for a long time. Working with Ruqayyah really helped me relax & she focuses exactly where you tell her you’re having issues. Her massages are totally professional. You’ll feel comfortable @ all times. My body & mind has felt better for it. Her massage training is something I’ve never had before & you won’t regret it! It’s more than just a massage she also offers coaching. Being in chronic pain for so long changes the brain. You need to retrain your brain to not focus on the pain 24.7. That’s where Ruqayyah comes in with life coaching. It’s makes a huge difference compared to just getting a massage here & there. It helped me be fully present & tackle specific problems.

Ruqayyah is amazing!!! I have had many massages in my lifetime but none quite like hers! I have had many neck injuries which have caused painful trigger points to appear on my neck, jaw and shoulders. She is the only person who has been able to give me instant relief! When I finished a session with her I felt like butter. I was a little sore afterwards but each day I started to feel better and better. I highly recommend her if you are struggling with headaches, trigger points and TMJ! She is easy to talk to and she understands exactly what you're telling her and what you need. I highly recommend her and I can't wait to go back!
