Lori was wonderful. I felt amazing after her massage, and her experience truly showed in how intuitively she knew where to focus while keeping the session relaxing and restorative. I highly recommend her!

I had my first massage session with Lori today, and I will be booking more. The first thing that struck me was Lori's casual approach to the introductory meeting, preferring a conversation instead of having you complete a form, I liked that. She asked what areas I wanted her to focus on, what type of pressure I preferred, and if there were any other concerns. She was very skilled at finding tension spots I didn't even realize were there, and she spent time working on a few of the more stubborn areas with just the right amount of pressure. At the end of the session Lori took the time to offer suggestions for exercises I could do to strengthen certain areas and help alleviate the tension in those spots. Not one to mess with what is not broken, I have primarily visited only four massage therapists over the last 30 years. Lori Watkins, the sole proprietor of Sundari Massage, has been my primary massage therapist since I moved to NH in fall of 2020. I can only speak for her ability to do deep tissue massages. It is hard to find a therapist who can. Lori most certainly can; I don’t go to Lori for a feel-good massage but to recover from body aches and work outs. As a competitive athlete, Lori understands the needs of those of us who are very active. She also is very intuitive, discovering what ails my body without my having to explicitly tell her. Lori is a phenomenal therapist. She is intuitive, detailed, and informed - with an emphasis on the last. It’s undeniably clear that Lori is well-trained and works hard. Her *accuracy* is both impressive and builds trust, i.e. Lori absolutely knows what she is doing. Whether you’re looking for a relaxation or work-the-issue massage - she’s a therapist of both trades. As with any excellent therapist, she books out quickly; but Lori’s expertise is worth whatever wait necessary.

This is the best massage I have ever had and Lori is amazing. She was communicative, thoughtful, and really, really good and untangling the mess that is my back. She was not running out the clock or phoning it in. She patiently studied each muscle, worked until it felt better and at the end she gave me some suggestions for taking care of my back. She is also just a delightful person. She was friendly, funny, and extremely accommodating when I made an appointment, and two days after my appointment she texted to check in and make sure everything still felt alright. I cannot recommend her enough.
