Sonja's Spa Spot

Not 5 star any more. I booked a “signature” facial for my wife’s birthday and took the day off so she could arrive in time, relaxed and ready for some pampering. The appointment was 12:30 to 1:45pm. My wife arrived a few minutes early and was asked to wait although there were no other customers. For the next 20 minutes, she had to sit listening to the beautician gossip to another employee about a staff member until the beautician decided she was “ready”. By then it was after 12:45 so my wife asked if the facial would be extended for another 15 mins. “No” was the answer without any apology for the wait. Facials and beauty treatments are supposed to be relaxing and require some empathy and trust between customer and provider. They are also not inexpensive. By this time, my wife was irritated

I've been going to Sonja for over five years for brows and facials due to her expertise and care she takes in providing services. I can't imagine trusting anyone else the way I've come to rely on Sonja. Highly recommend.

Sonja’s is a wonderful spot for all your pampering needs. The aestheticians are wonderful, the space is adorable and very relaxing, and they are very accommodating. They offer online booking which is very convenient. I highly recommend!

Sonja’s Spa Spot is beautiful and welcoming and I have been a regular customer since June 2017. Jacqueline is kind and warm and wonderfully professional. She answers all of my skin care questions (and I have many of them) patiently and professionally. She is simply a genius when it comes to eyelash extensions and made my eyelashes look absolutely beautiful, full and natural. All of the services I have tried at Sonja’s have been simply wonderful and Jacqueline is an absolute angel! Thank You for taking such good care of me!

Sonja really knows her products and cleared my skin in my retinol facial. It was cleansing and relaxing and instant texture improvement. Finally a place where I will treat myself monthly because it’s rare to find someone who does this so well that you can see immediate results!
