Suncrest Nails

I came in to get these fixed, most of the gel x didn’t fit my nails and are already lifting after less than a week. They told me they would fix 2 of them and I should get acrylic because my nails are too wide??? I have never had any issues with gel x before and to be told my nails are too wide, was unacceptable. They also don’t touch your cuticles. I will not be returning after spending what I did for this set.

Don’t recommend. Went to get a pedicure with my mom and they tried to charge us more to remove “gel” that my mom didn’t have. The lady was in a rush and wasn’t even paying attention to painting my nails. She made me move my feet to get the chair ready for the next client, by the time I moved, my toes accidentally touched and all she did was “fix” it with her nail. My paint is already chipping off and it has been a week. Horrible paint job for the both of us!

AWFUL! I rated 2 stars cause the techs are nice. Anyways, I got my nails done for the Hinder concert. I had a bad experience with the first set done by another person, but at least i kept the first set for 2 days. This set though, i paid 65 plus tipped. I lost my nails within 5 hrs. Yes the selfie photo is a bad photo, but you can clearly see the chipped nails. I was MAD! There is no way that getting rained on during a concert should chip nails away like this in less than 5 hrs after getting them. I will not be returning. I should have called them about the issue, but since this was the second time getting this done, and by someone else, i feel like it wouldnt be worth my time. I understand doing nails a certain way to keep customers coming back, but not this! I am never coming back! Dip n

I would give no stars if I could. Went in Saturday 27th. Walked out and no later than an hour my thumb was peeling along with the other one. He was in a hurry. Next time I’ll go elsewhere along with my tip. Do not recommend this place.

Worst nail experience. I went in for a fill and design. I asked several times to only cut off the grow out. I probably told her five times to keep them long, even showing a picture with the length and again asking only to cut what has grown out. She cut them so short we had to start all over again, buying me an additional hour in the salon. Only to have the second guy that helped me cut them short AGAIN.. can someone tell me why they refuse long nails here??? I spent 2+ hrs there, didn’t get the length, shape, or color I wanted. Do yourself a favor and choose fantasy nails instead.
