Cassie is awesome. I've had back issues for years now and she's the only person I've seen that has provided me with real relief. Not only did she fix my back, she provided me with ways to prevent pain from returning, as well as a better understanding of my body. I cannot recommend her enough!

I went there for pain in my back and a stiff neck that I couldn't move and was killing me, I left there with movement and a pain free back. I didn't know if she could fix it completely as I knew I was in bad shape, after an hour I was shocked I could move my neck and my back was in relief that I haven't felt for years!!! Very professional and really worked at getting my targeted areas.

I came in with a tendon injury, and not only did Cassie provide real relief during the massage, but she also went above and beyond by giving me specific exercises to support healing and prevent further issues. The care and service she provides is exceptional—professional, personalized, and truly effective. I’m grateful to have found her!

Cassie kicks my butt every time, but has gotten more flexibility and pain relief to me than ever before. She appreciates that traditional Swedish massage was never going to address my problems and has been creative in getting targeted therapy to my problem areas which has been so helpful in my day to day, esp for my 12 hour work days. Would highly recommend. I especially love her assistant, Calliope.
