I go to the Westchester location and I have never had a bad experience. Quite the opposite, actually! I see Kate who works behind the counter often and she is so kind! Every time I come in, I get greeted with a friendly hello, and every time I leave, I get greeted with a goodbye. She’s the best! The tanning beds are always clean, I’ve never had an experience where the one was not. They do a great job getting people in and out, I’ve never had to wait once for a bit. That’s really all I’m looking for, friendly people that work here, getting in and out fast and cleanliness and that’s what I get!

All of the employees at this location always ensure I get the best possible deals and always are very honest about what I should do to get the results I’m looking for! Employees are extremely knowledgeable and always provide the best service. Always a very welcoming environment and if there is ever any confusion with my account they always know how to help to make sure I’m getting the best service at all times. It is clear that their main priority is their customers. Best tanning salon in the area along with the nicest girls!

I went in last night 11/13 for the first time and the blonde girl working with red sweater on was genuinely so kind and helpful and even though they couldn’t get me in for a spray tan last night due to being extremely busy close to closing time, she was so kind and answered all my questions. Her great customer service was the reason I came back today to get a spray tan. Definitely will be going back.

They will lie about how many points you have so they can make commission off their sales. They will lie and say there’s no spray tan deals when there are. They will tell you that corporate is wrong so I highly suggest you call corporate in front of them and have them show you their screens when u ask about your points because THEY WILL LIE.

I love this place!! I always have the best experience when I walk in the door. They are alway willing to help and answer a questions I have, they have always been so friendly as soon as you walk in the door. They make you feel at home! They are very knowledgeable and they keep the place clean. I will and always do recommend everyone I know to go there. The lady in the front is amazing she is always so cheerful and she knows her stuff. She is definitely makes this place the best tanning salon I’ve ever been to. Thank you!!!! I give you 10 stars
