Sun Tan City

This place is filthyyy. You expect your customers to touch that lotion dispenser and then our bodies?!? Gross. This business has been bought and sold so many times and no one has thought to wipe the walls down or a new paint job?! The spray tan booth is not washing itself like it should be when it says it will and their staff isn’t cleaning it either because the bottom of my feet should not be dark brown immediately after a CLEAR spray tan… To top it all off I waited exactly 30 minutes to use the booth earlier in the morning (only takes about 5-10 min a session ) just to find out a staff member actively working was using it during operating hours.. I had to leave the salon to go to work because I couldn’t wait any longer and drive all the way back over again later that day. So unprofession

The very nice girl at the counter with black hair tonight (I didn’t catch her name) was so kind and helpful! Made the entire experience amazing a was so knowledgeable!!!

I came here this past weekend to pay for my daughter. And this damn lady was so rude. Her name was cara I made sure to ask specifically. She was so rude and snappy . She used an excuse that she was “stressed” but don’t bring your own personal problems to work. The lady in the back with the curly hair was more help than her. and my star goes to her .

I was attended by a girl who's very frantic on Saturday and I had a very bad experience with her again on Monday and I was looking for the little blonde bed cleaner with the highlights, she looked very Hispanic and told me her name but i can’t remember. Something with a W I think she had mentioned to me, but she wasn't there and I'm very sad to not see her there.

I’ve been coming here for years, always liked the place, clean and I get a great tan from their beds. Ali and Shannon are great, very knowledgeable about the beds and the lotions and very friendly. The manager that is usually there during the day however, needs a class in professionalism. Will definitely keep coming back as the nice girls working outweigh the one bad seed.
