Really good experience but not $70+ good I honestly enjoyed my experience with Edie. My haircut was good and all the staff were really friendly and chill. That said, I personally believe the $70 + tip charge is way too much for the service I received. I've been to luxury haircuts before in Manhattan where the expensive haircut price was justied by either a very fancy looking shop or serving drinks while being there, but this place had none of those and I felt I'm not getting a value for the money I'm paying.

If you’re still going anywhere else, you clearly don’t love your hair. Eddie took me from “background extra in a zombie movie” to “main character energy” in under an hour. Clean shop, sharp cuts, and zero BS. Hair by Eddie is where bad hair goes to die and fresh styles are born.

I have been getting my hair cut with Eddie for many years. He always does a great job helping me create the look that I am going for. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants a high quality reliable barber.

I’ve been a regular customer of HairByEddie for almost 10 years now. When I started going to Ed, he was based out of New Milford, NJ. This was extremely convenient for me at the time, as I lived a few blocks away from that shop. Then, Ed expanded opened his shop in Totowa, NJ, and EgoTrip was born. My 6 minute trip to the barber turned into a 30 minute trip, however I was unfazed by this. I never thought twice about it, because you simply don’t come across professionals like Ed these days. It’s so rare that I was always willing to take that drive. Funny enough, shortly after he moved to the new shop in Totowa, my wife and I moved to Wayne, NJ which is just 7 minutes away from the shop. I’ve been coming here a couple times now and have never left disappointed. Place is top notch for a great haircut and affordable price! Eddie is awesome super personable and the first barber I’ve had that would actually recommend wats best for my hair and what haircut would look good on me. Also making appointments is super easy and most importantly the place is clean!! Def recommend giving this place a shot
