the employees were very kind...it was clean and things moved quickly...the down side is ...my husband could only use the sauna..dr orders...they said there was no way just to pay for sauna package...then when I tried to tan for 2 additional weeks they said it is not possible without buying the package for a year and then wanted my bank account so payment would automatically go out....we are only going to be in rochester for 2 more weeks...I don't need a year...its a shame they can't do smaller spa packages and singular sessions for people who visit rochester or have certain restrictions on what they can use.. without breaking the bank..but thank u to the wonderful young lady that tried so hard to get us a different tanning package

The beds are fantastic! They provide very even tanning and are comfortable. Tanning rooms and beds are always in extraordinary condition. Everything in the rooms is kept clean and sanitized, it's great! Staff members are very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly at the south location. I rated 4 stars only because I feel it's pricey, the quality IS good but not for the price tag. Additionally, there are many "hidden fees" and annual fees, and well ...lots of fees and it was very difficult to cancel and cost money to do so. I recommend purchasing their deals only and NOT a membership. The membership is so overpriced, even when on sale, and the fees are not upfront and transparent along with the degree of difficulty to cancel, it's not worth it.

I'm new to the whole tanning thing. Management helped me pick what was best for me and was very knowledgeable about the process. Everything was clean and sanitized and I felt comfortable the whole time.

Haley, Lauren, and Brooke are absolute rock stars. The customers service is top notch. I always feel welcome and informed. They are timely, professional and friendly. I love my tanning salon!
