Both Scott and Suzanne are wonderful massage therapists. Highly recommend either if you're having muscle tension. I have scoliosis and chronic muscle issues because of it, so I'm fairly picky about my massages. Both have been able to find the spots that need work.

My body feels great the day after my massage. Suzanne was very good at listening to the issues I was having. She had some great suggestions what I could do to help with my aches and pains. I wasn't aware that the source of alot of my hip and lower back pain could be caused by tight calves, which I definitely have. So glad she mentioned that.

I injured my lower back the evening before playing hockey and was in need of some immediate relief. Scott had a cancellation so was able to get me in within a couple of hours of my call. Since this was my first visit to his studio he spent a few minutes discussing my experiences with chiropractors & massage therapists and what I was wanting him to accomplish for this session. Scott did very good work on my entire body with emphasis on my lower back, glutes & hip flexors. He not only gave a massage but also incorporated range of motion a resistance therapy like I have received from rehab clinics.
