Had a horrible experience yesterday when Peyton and Bailey were so extremely rude to me and my friend. I had never got a spray tan before and they didn’t offer me primer or anything, didn’t tell me how long to leave it on for, and didn’t help with anything at all and was just very rude and unfriendly. Peyton was so rude to my friend, she didn’t have an account and she was to lazy to sign my friend up so asked her to do it on her phone, after she did that Peyton told her she can’t do anything in the building because she isn’t 18. My friend then responded oh really I didn’t know that and she replied with “yup sorry”. Just totally ruined her night with how rude she was. Beds are very clean and nice. I’ve always had a good experience with Sun Tan Cities at different locations, but the staff here are extremely rude and not friendly at all. I came over an hour before closing and the front desk worker was visibly annoyed and had an extremely rude tone when signing me in.

Last minute vacationer trying to get a base before heading to Florida. Thank god for the knowledge friendly staff who helped me figure out how to get my base tan in less than a week. I also got a free spray tan coupon online! What’s not to love? There’s clean beds, knowledgeable staff, little to no wait and easy parking.

They refuse to cancel your membership with a phone call insisting you drive to their location to sign a paper to prove you want it canceled. This is beyond ridiculous, you can cancel any other service in the world without being present. This in addition to them trying to get access to my bank account when I first started my subscription definitely make me understand their MO is to get free access to your money and make it hard for you to stop them from taking it. Not a great look. Additionally, their product sales pitches are basically a scam, I buy a tanning lotion on an employee’s recommendation for around $50, then after several tans in their “faster” and “fastest” beds I point out that I’m not seeing any color enhancement and I different employee tells me the lotion I bought is basi
