Sun Tan City

I’ve already spoken with the district manager, but the issue still hasn’t been resolved. This location consistently fails to honor valid promotions, including the one I came in for. It often feels as though they prioritize meeting their own ticket average goals over honoring customer promotions and providing fair service. I hope corporate management reviews this situation and ensures consistency and accountability across all locations.

I’ve been going to this location for the last three years. After having not been there for about six months, due to work hours, Anita helped me to get the package that I wanted this time. She was very knowledgeable of the packages, products, & services offered. With her help I was also able to receive discounts on products available. I would highly recommend Sun Tan City.

Absolutely crazy they will not accept cash as a form of payment & turn you away. I just wanted a spray tan no memberships nothing. I refuse to give my card as that's why I stopped coming here years ago because they were putting random charges on my card. I do think they have great beds and spray tan so I wanted to give it another shot. Never again. Edit: you can’t find an account off of many of us as you’re going off the google review names. I listed no personal info in my review. I have an account it’s been 5 years cause of the last mishap with unexpected charges. Tried again and was turned away as you don’t accept cash. I was informed Sun tan city is a cashless business.

This is the first bad review I’ve ever given somewhere but I felt it was necessary to let others know what happened in case they experienced the same thing. I went to this location and wanted to purchase the 1 day pass to use a tanning bed, which is something they offer online and you can purchase via their site. I do not live in the area and do not have a local Sun Tan City to visit, so it would be a waste of $ for me to purchase a full membership. When I went in and spoke with the 2 girls upfront, they told me no I could not buy a one day pass for the price advertised, and since I didn’t have an active membership with them and would be a new client, they would only allow me to lay in the bed for half of the allotted time, and the one time visit (which would only allow me approx. 5 minute

They have one fast bed you go in there and someone is usually in it. The bulbs aren't good at all you lay for 20 minutes you burn up but get no tan. Been going for 2 months and don't even have a base tan alittle red and that's it and I'm canceling my membership it's not worth it.
