Sun Tan City

I typically tan at the Hamilton Place STC but occasionally tan here for convenience. Every time I tan here, the place smells like marijuana. The lay down beds are never cleaned properly and are left with lotion from the previous person. I am extremely disappointed and now prefer the longer drive to Hamilton Place. Do better!

The atmosphere is always great! Everyone is so nice! April has done a great job at that store!

Spray tanners and VIP members beware. This STC location is substandard, filled with outdated equipment that will leave you disappointed. They dont have any modern spray booths or the KBL beds that ALL other STC locations in the area have. Are the staff members sweet and professional, yes! The ones I have interacted have been. Is the studio clean, yes! From what I saw. But that is completely irrelevant when what they are trying to sell belongs in a tanning museum. This STC location should be avoided unless someone is looking for a very basic, outdated tanning experience.

This will end up being my last visit to this location. I don’t spray tan much, but I decided to today and checked the prices online which say one time spray tans are $30. When I came in I was charged $50 and not offered a receipt. When I confronted to ask and show what was online I was shocked with how rude the 2 individuals were to me. I was also told the information online was outdated? There was no actual reason to the price breakdown and if the information was outdated, it was still posted so I felt the $30 online price that was advertised should be honored. I have never felt so uncomfortable in a store before than I did with the 2 girls who were working tonight.
