The entire team is always friendly and helpful! Today, it was Gretchen and another teammate—traits of great leadership. Thank you! As owners of more than 20 restaurants, we truly appreciate other businesses that treat their customers more like guests. We love this place! Keep it up!

A little upset this morning because I checked in at 9:20 AM for ovation and the massage chair. Another person was trying to check into the Ovation later at 10am and they wouldn’t answer the phone for like two or three minutes of ringing from me too put me in ovation. So I went out to the front desk to tell her. The gave away my spot to the other person. This other person just went in there not understanding I was next. I think that they need to make appointments for that red light therapy bed because it’s not fair to make me wait when the other person just got there after me and I was ready. I soend thousand over the years there. Just a little annoyed by the mismanagement

never had a problem until i tried to use five dollar spray tan deal- the employee asked if i wanted to repeat my previous tan and i declined as it was too expensive, she charged me for it anyways after i said no i would “just like it basic” double dark and it was the clear tan, i get into the booth and it’s clear. now its failing to develop and ive never had an issue. i paid for a tan that’s now crappy and isn’t the color i wanted- and was charged more for it.

Everyone here is super nice. Love Carmel store. I have been to Zionsville several times Also, and always have similar experiences there as well. Emily is great store mgr as well as Siona. All younger high schools Are always nice, helpful and all always seem to be working versus standing around on their phones like most places I go. They seem to hire really reliable nice girls. Everyone knows my name and always explains new products and never pushy.

Come here on a free Bday tan offer and you’ll get an eye roll bc they pre judge you. Are these kids paid on their sales? And what’s with the Wellness scrubs they are wearing? They are kids NOT in a skilled trade. Unfriendly experience and I swear the instant bed used to mist me. The one I used in room 5 didn’t offer this. Just not the fun experience I’m used to at this location.
