Sun Relaxtion

It had been a while since I had a really good massage. My right shoulder has been acting up for a few weeks now. The massage therapist asked me a few qualifying questions when I walked in so I mentioned my shoulder pain. In addition to an overall relaxation massage she worked around my shoulder area but not directly on it. I was surprised by how quickly the majority of the pain was relieved. Whatever she was doing really seemed to help. I still have some discomfort but at the moment it's about 3/4 relieved. I actually feel like I'm breathing a little easier if that makes any sense. When my car needs work I bring it to a mechanic - when I'm experiencing muscle tension and soreness - a good massage therapist is my mechanic for that. Sun Relaxation always produces results for me. Ki was absolutely wonderful! SO through and got all the right spots in my back. I mentioned I work with computers and she immediately zeroed in on my problem spots. She even got my leg that has my knee replaced and it has made such a difference! She was so very kind, talkative and warm. Tip: If you come, install Google translate, download Korean and install the optimal Google Korean keyboard. It makes communication great. OH and super affordable too! I'll be returning. Amazing I had a very lovely Therapist and she was very Therapeutic I went in feeling sore and tight and left feeling loose as a goose! The place is well maintained and has an Aura of serenity as you walk in, I will go back and highly recommend 😁
