West Cuts in Westgate Plaza is one of those places where you walk out and feel like a mentch again. You know the type — you come in looking like you’ve been learning in a windy beis medrash for three weeks straight, and 20 minutes later you’re suddenly “presentable,” like you might actually get a proper “Good Shabbos” from people instead of a concerned look.
