I NEVER write reviews because I believe in giving a business the opportunity to make things right. I got my nails done on a sat, they were not to my liking so I told them I would come back, as I had other plans and couldn’t wait. I came to my scheduled appointment for them to FIX my nails that a young tech did horribly and was treated as if the nails being bad was my fault! They actually thought I was going to pay twice for horrible service twice! For starters the tech never acknowledged me, never spoke or asked if I was happy during any part of my appointment when went the first time… here it is the second “fix” and my polish is damp and peeling, I was never asked to wash hand on any appointment l! I normally never ever leave bad reviews — in fact, this is my first one ever. But I really feel like I need to share my experience because it was that disappointing. I’m not sure who I got, but it was an older gentleman. I came in asking for a simple design — just a French tip with polka dots on two nails. My boyfriend and I both got pedicures first. The pedicure itself felt okay, but it definitely wasn’t the full 45 minutes — it lasted maybe 15 minutes and felt rushed. They also dug way too deep into the sides of our toenails. For me, they took trimmers all the way down to the base of my nail and pulled it back, which was really uncomfortable. My boyfriend’s face even started turning pale because of how deep they were digging into his toenail. After that, my boyfriend got a basic manicu

Tim was so nice and funny! He periodically checked in throughout the process to make sure I liked the size, shape, color, and design!! They even gave me a little Christmas gift with a cute notepad and sticky notes. Thank You!!!💕(I also got my eyebrows done so thank you to the very kind lady who did them!! They look awesome. Merry Christmas🎄)

This appointment was for my daughter she went a while back with one of her friends mom and she fell in love ever since. She always book an appointment with Lian whatever she ask for Liam will deliver. Her appointment was at 1:00pm on Black Friday we arrived 10mins early it was packed as always and people still walking. Lian got her in the chair about 1:15 which was fine but long as my daughter was happy I was happy. I’ve never had a problem with or they never put a bad taste in my mouth. Really good place to try if and when your in the Chester area by Walmart. 👍🏽💅

The staff there were very welcoming and interactive with everyone inside. I enjoyed my overall time there and will make this place my go-to for nails. I got a full acrylic set for my birthday, and I love it!
