They usually have everything that you need and can want. The owner is really nice. They usually give you a free gift of some sort with your purchase, especially if you spend over $50. I've been coming here for years and everything I've bought from here has been top tier product. The only downside is the parking situation, I know they can't help it. However, the parking is very slim and in an awkward parking lot indeed. Otherwise you got to find a place to park quickly off on the side because it is a major Street.

Nice selection of hair & other products. Just like any other beauty supply. Had a black man working there which is cool, seeing how it's in a more black neighborhood. He was really nice & I got a free comb with my purchase.

Do not come here!! If you are not paying attention to prices , and your receipt, they will over charge you!!!! Great selection of products but I will not be coming back here

Absolutely unacceptable behavior from the owner herself! I called to ask a simple question about an issue that was clearly caused on their end. Instead of listening or trying to help, the owner immediately blamed me, raised her voice, and shockingly said, "Don't live your life like that," before hanging up on me. This kind of rude and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable from anyone, let alone the person who runs the business. If this is how they treat customers, I strongly recommend staying far away from this place.

I always go to this shop. It is very easy to find what is needed, and they have a good variety. This is the neighborhood beauty supply store. The workers are very kind and helpful, and the owner is very kind. She always gives me a free item when I go there! My daughter and I both got a free full pack of hair!
