Summit Spa and Salon

Had my first experience at this spa with Lexie. She was so nice and welcoming and very professional! She walked me through every step of my facial and gave great tips to take care of my skin moving forward! I will be spreading the word & recommending to everyone I know!

After living in Quincy for about a year , I have finally found a full service spa that is amazing and friendly!!! It unfortunately took me too long to find this place and I have no idea why , but if anyone sees this place and hasn’t gone or maybe on the fence about it … I highly suggest you come here over anywhere else. Went in for a massage and had a wonderful friendly man by the name of Ray. I haven’t had that good of a massage in absolute years! Everyone was super friendly and the place was clean , well kept , and welcoming. What made me really come in here though was the fact that the owner of this establishment backs her , her employees and business up. And as a small town supporter, I love to see it. Got my appointment a week ago and went to there today, they told me the time is not available, but they had my phone number and had a whole week to let me know they needed to reschedule. But they waited until I got through the door to tell me about they were overbooked. Unacceptable.NEVER GO TO THERE AGAIN!

This seems like it's going to be the go to spa recommendation from me from now on. The website is very well designed and the book now feature is so awesome! Makes it so easy to schedule an appointment. They also have excellent appointment availability! I needed a massage for my graduating daughter and they were able to get her an appointment for 3 days away. I emailed them about gift certificates on a day they were closed and they emailed me back a few hours later, even with the answers I wanted. (Gift cards for any amount can be purchased in store, does not have to be used all at one time, can be used to include tip). I am excited to hear how amazing the massage will be!
