Nail It Salon Spa

Visiting in town. Stopped here for a pedicure with gel (me, my husband, and daughter). This is what $75 got me. I asked the girl to clean up around the toes because they were so messy. One girl started to, then another one (the one that originally painted them) took over with an attitude. She didn’t fix them. Then slapped a lot of oil on them all over my toes and walked away, leaving one of the foams in between my toes. My daughter’s toes look similar but they didn’t even put the cuticle oil on hers. The tables to the pedicure chairs were all broken, and they had children running around bare foot screaming in the shop. Not relaxing, terrible costumer service, and overall just not a good job. Very disappointed.

I went into this salon my first time for my birthday I got the deluxe pedi which is 65$ and a gel manicure on my real nails. Not exactly sure how much gel on real nails are at their salon and I also got French on my toes (no gel). So maybe that added another 10-15 for my pedi. No acrylics, no gems. Also got healthy nail dip also not sure on price. it came out to 185. Plus they got a 20-30$ tip. So paid over 200$ It felt over priced for what I was getting which was nothing fancy. They did an outstanding job on them and was very nice but I felt like pricing was very high.

I was in town for a work assignment and needed my nails done. I walked into this salon and immediately had doubts — I should’ve trusted my gut and walked right back out. Within two days, two of my nails chipped. These are my natural nails with a gel layover and gel polish, so there’s no reason they should be chipping that fast. Clearly, the products they use are cheap or low quality. On top of that, the design I got wasn’t even what I asked for. I didn’t want to make a fuss, but the work was sloppy. The polish looks uneven, and it already looks like I need a fill-in. Very poor quality and not worth the money. I won’t be back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Been going here for a few years now and can say Kitty and Sean do an excellent job running this salon spa. They always do a fabulous job on my nails and have always fixed any issues if they arise (which is rare) right away and made sure I was happy. I was especially impressed with my last set of acrylic tips and gel set I had done before my vacation, as they lasted just a little over 5 weeks!! If you are looking for a place to call your nail salon home, I would highly recommend giving them a chance. Pictures attached of work done in the past.
