I have been meaning to leave this review for such a long time, but life is busy and I completely forget. Susana is the only person I trust with my curls! If you’re a curly girl, you know how hard it is to find a stylist that knows what they’re doing to bring your curls alive. I’ve been going to her for a long while now, and I always appreciate the insight she has when I’m trying to figure out what I want for my cut. Also, if you’re like me a straighten your hair every once in a WHILE, she knows how to shape your hair to make sure that when it is straight, all layers look in place. Not to mention her studio is SO cute and the location is easy to get to, super close to the beach. Thank you, Susana!

This was my first time at Summer House Salon & I had a great experience. From the start the booking was easy & I didn’t have to wait months to get an appointment. I felt welcomed and right at home. Susy walked me through the style I wanted and was very knowledgeable about curly hair and recommended styling products without trying to just sell me the most expensive thing. I walked out of there feeling lighter and my curls are as beautiful as ever. Thank you for a great cut I will definitely be back!

I love this studio, and Susana is amazing! If you have curly or wavy hair, you are in good hands with Susana…no need to fear your next cut. I so appreciate her warmth and attention to detail, and the studio itself is clean and comfortable. It is conveniently located off of PCH and Avenue E and has its own parking lot.

Absolutely love Susana! Me and my sister have been getting curly cuts for years now, but both recently moved to LA and have been hesitant to try a new stylist … but Susana did not let down! She is super sweet and great at what she does. We both left with voluminous, symmetrical, healthy, happy hair .. exactly what we asked for. Ive also done a color appointment and loved it. Highly recommend for the curly girls out there!

I had my haircut done by Susana and absolutely loved it. She was so attentive and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted. I’m already looking forward to coming back to her for my next haircut.
