Ive been going to Sullivan's for about 2.5 years. Lauren is without a doubt one of the most down to earth and best barber ive ever had. I love it there.

I wasn't going to go into detail because I figured I'd get a snarky response like the others but the reason I'm leaving a bad review is because she's rude and has a bad attitude. I had my hair cut by her a few times a couple of years ago but stopped going to her because of it. During my first appointment she said that she wasn't wanting to take on any new clients because she was so busy with the ones she already had. I thought that was a strange thing to say to a new customer and was wondering if it was okay to come back and why I was able to book an appointment then; apparently that issue is still going on. Had high hopes for this being my new go to place for a haircut that has now left me disappointed. The first time I came here my haircut took an hour and a half and it's not what I wanted. Couldn't see myself because I was turned away from the mirror. Owner called to apologize. Gave this place a second try and was pleased enough to come back a third time. Now recently, I booked an appointment online only to be called with them canceling my reservation. I am not what they consider a "new client", been there twice in the last six months. Any one star reviews are proof positive that the old saying is absolute truth, “you’ll never make everyone happy”. I mean, come on, what more could you possibly want or expect. I’ve never met anyone more thorough, detailed, and considerate about cutting my hair/beard! Here’s a local business owner that clearly put her heart and soul into what she does! Not only is she the most talented barber I’ve ever had cut my hair, she’s also clearly invested a great deal of time and money into making her shop look amazing as well. I only wish there were more stars to give!
