MKE Massage And Bodywork

I have been seeing Crystal for a few years now and the results are nothing short of amazing! My problem areas are my neck and shoulders, however Crystal knows the body and muscle structure so well she will work on my hips and/or spine and/or head and face to relieve my pain. Whatever she does it works! I couldn't be more pleased that she's helping me stay active biking and golfing since I am not in pain!

Crystal is such a knowledgeable massage therapist and does wonderful work. I have been seeing her every month for the last 1.5 years. I am an active volleyball player and workout regularly and she does a fantastic job of soothing my muscles and helping my body. She has a background in yoga and always has great recommendations for me when I ask questions or bring any concerns regarding movement.

I have been visiting MKE Massage and Bodywork for around 2 years, getting the Deep Tissue and Relaxing Therapeutic Massage. I have had significant relief with sore muscles, and I frankly look forward to the relaxing therapeutic sessions. Crystal spends time discussing the visit, any concerns and focus areas, and gives you great feedback and advise. I have received massage therapy in the past, however, I must say, Crystal has been one of the best.

I find that getting a massage routinely helps to keep range of motion in my shoulders and hips. Crystal is a great therapist she works with you in areas of concern and offers suggestions on how to treat. As we age it is important to maintain a healthy and functional body with good range of motion so that you don’t end up having limited motion. We are responsible for our own health and receiving therapeutic massages is a great way to achieve that. I have been getting massages for over 25 years on a routine basis and the positive affects on my body is great.

I have a new outlook on life after my body work by Crystal. I had been suffering intense vertigo followed by prolonged periods of nausea and brain fog. I tried NUCCA for a chiropractic adjustment of the cervical portion of my spine, and massage therapy for helping my muscles & fascia keep my spine straight.
