Hello! I was a customer at Concord Med Spa, owned by Kerry Sullivan’s wife, Emily. She closed Concord Med Spa, said she would refund all prepaid services and then refused to respond or refund. It has been over 90 days, the AG and WMUR have been contact as of today. Kerry- please have your wife refund me and the other women that she owes.

Do not trust these people. I was a customer at the Plymouth, NH location. Emily Sullivan took my payment and then stopped responding. She has not replied to my emails or returned my calls.

This has become my go to. I love that they carry color swatch books and sample sizes of most products. Great to give out to clients. The fact that they carry the entire paul mitchell color line is incredibly helpful. I've found SC only carry a few demi shades. Staff is always friendly and helpful

We have known the Sullivan boys since they were toddlers practically going all the way back to the 80's. We saw CB working his magic on almost every single salon that purchased from him. He was kind, funny and had a huge crush on my mother...hahaha.. actually, I think it was the other way around. We have watched the boys grow into incredible men who have carried on their fathers legacy. I recently opened another salon two doors down from our sister salon ajs wigs, and they were a huge help and support to me. And like their dad, they never push anything on you. They give you the info that you need to make your own choices. I for one, can say Im so proud of both of you!!!!..Jon

For anyone that has seen the previous review the company has reached out and corrected the problem and were extremely apologetic. They went above and beyond to correct the problem.
