Sal de Terra

Went for the 45 minute sauna for 2. Extremely relaxing and rejuvenating experience! A beautiful private room with a sauna preheated to your preferred temperature; towels and robes provided. The room also featured an amazing shower with amenities such as body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Two cold jugs of water and electrolytes were also there for us to enjoy. Could not recommend this place enough and we are definitely looking into a membership!

I had my first visit to Sal de Terra wellness center in Hooksett and it was a great experience. Mike, the owner, gave me a very helpful and informative tour of the facility (which he designed and built himself) and the four modalities. I decided to start with the Infrared Sauna and had an incredibly wonderful restorative session with the excellent guidance and helpful suggestions from Mike to conquer my anxiety and get the most relaxation and recovery. And I also experienced intense pleasure and stress release as my body relaxed and sweated as it acclimated to the infrared heat, which Mike has set perfectly. I felt great afterwards and scheduled another visit. I also plan to try the other three services with Mike’s guidance in the near future. On the practical side, prices are very reasona

First time floating here- it’s my new favorite place! Gorgeous and sparkling clean facilities. I have floated elsewhere before, but Sal de Terra far exceeded my expectations. They have a nice and welcoming layout overall, some other float places I have been to felt very tight in the lobby, but not here. The float room was perfect size, and the tub definitely not claustrophobic at all, had everything I needed and I immediately felt very comfortable there. My favorite part was the starry sky feature in the float tub. I honestly can’t wait to go back soon!

My wife and I just had the most incredible Valentine’s experience at Sal de Terra in Hooksett, NH, and we can’t recommend it enough. We booked the first time couples float along with the HaloSauna experience, and from the moment we walked in, everything felt calm, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed. The space is beautifully set up, clean, relaxing, and instantly peaceful. The owner Mike took his time explaining everything to us, which made our first float completely stress free. The couples float was amazing. The water temperature was perfect, and once we settled in, it felt like the world just disappeared.
