CAUTION!! DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MY LIFE, the Asian lady that worked there was VERYY VERY RUDE. She didn’t say hi or nothing and she kept asking me what I was doing. She had a bad attitude and wouldn’t let us try or touch the wigs, you had to pay money to try them on.

The Asian lady who I am assuming is the owner was very sweet, she had someone come help me and I was able to find what I needed fast. Only thing was I did overhear the owner ask the girl who helped me what I was doing and when the girl said shes just looking, the owner said no watch her. In all honesty I didn’t really feel disrespected because I have lived in El Paso my whole life and beauty stores are the subject to most robberies. I do however wish that I wasn’t singled out because another customer came and shes was let right in with no watch. Overall I’m not too upset, I loved the service and the pricing was really cheap. Will more n likely come back!

Bought hair extensions for $88 didn’t happen to mention there was no refund nor returns. They are NOT easy to put on and do not even look realistic once they’re put on your hair Lady didn’t even explain correctly how to apply them DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!

No customer service skills at all. New young Hispanic girl was extremely rude giving me an attitude!!! Both the store owner and associate followed me around the store like I’ve never shopped there before (in which I have a few times) I will not be going back for sure after this last episode.

I enjoy going to visit the owners and staff. They are friendly and happy to see me when I come. I’ve met very nice customers in the store as well. Thank you for keeping your doors opened ! Most people aren’t business owners so they have no idea of the cost , dedication and sacrifice it takes and that you make just to keep the doors opened. You are appreciated ! I absolutely love your wonderful staff !
