DO NOT GO To LENA OTT and Salon.. She was recommended by a celebrity client.I went yesterday with roots and old highlights that needed brightening for highlights. She gave me a single process and I now have orange hair throughout my head. She didn't check the sides or back where the color damage is much worse. I called back today at 11 am when opening the receptionist said she is not in but her partner can fix it and she will call me back. The receptionist never called so I called back at 1 pm to be transferred to an condescending and rude manager who said he will refund me the money. I said I have an event tomorrow and I do not want a refund I need it fixed. His responses is no we can't do that we are not a good fit..
