Scheduled an appointment for a Facial. First time visitor and it was my first time having a Facial done. Nervous but anxious at the same time. I must say I was very impressed. The atmosphere is so calming and relaxing. Receptionist very friendly greeted me with a smile. I booked with Jalana and she was very professional. Explained everything to me and the products she used during my facial. She was very sweet. Made sure that I was comfortable during my facial. I will definitely book with Jalana again. This location is very beautiful and very clean. A great vibe.

I absolutely enjoyed my experience at sugaringLA Plano. The sugaring experience was painless compared to previous waxing and laser hair removal treatments (not one ingrown hair). I highly recommend the Hemp'ful Healing, Smooth Operator and Exfoliate to keep the skin healthy. I returned to have lashes done by Danielle for the first time. She walked me through the entire process as a new lash wearer, including defining expectation and time allocated for lash extensions, and the required aftercare. The atmosphere is welcoming, warm and clean. The owner and staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend experiencing sugaringLA Plano.

​I was incredibly hesitant and nervous to try Bikini sugaring again, but I’m so glad I gave Sugaring LA Plano a shot! I originally booked a Bikini service with Courtney, and she was absolutely wonderful. She was patient and understanding with my nerves throughout the entire appointment. ​Because Courtney made me feel so comfortable, we actually transitioned the service into a Brazilian, something I didn't think I was prepared for! I’m not going to lie, it was painful, but Courtney’s technique was great and the results were 100% worth it. ​If you are on the fence or feeling anxious, you are in great hands with Courtney. She recommended the Hemp'ful Healer for aftercare, and I’m looking forward to seeing the results from using it. I’ll definitely be back!

First timer here. Found a coupon for Sugaring LA through TollPerks and decided to give it a try. I was greeted by the lovely owner Ose and she gently explained how the process works. Jalana B. ended up being my sugarist and I want to say she is sweet, kind and experienced. Never had a wax before sugaring so I don’t have any comparison for pain. The first time will definitely hurt but not so much after that. Extremely happy with the results and ended up becoming a member. I’ve been seeing Jalana for the past 6 months and recently discovered she does facials too! Will be back to book another appointment for both.
