Sugaring NYC - Birmingham

I had a great experience at Sugaring NYC Birmingham! The studio is super clean, the staff is friendly, and Emily really takes her time to make sure you’re comfortable. You can tell she truly cares about her clients, and that makes all the difference. I definitely recommend them!

Wanted to refuse me service, because I am a man. I made an appointment for my face to be waxed a week advance after Being told to grow my hair out for a bit. Yesterday one day before my appointment I received a phone call from sugar NYC Birmingham stating they do not serve MEN. A direct violation of elcra, I said that I already paid $55 for the service and would still like to be served without a refund. They then agreed to serve me. I came in and obviously the staff did not want me there and she rushed my waxing. When it was done I still had wax not just on my face but in my curls on top of my head. The woman said… “I’m not going to charge you”. I said I already paid so can I get refunded. She said yes we will refund you. I still anyway left a $15 tip for them at least trying me. I’ve

Wow! What an amazing first time sugaring experience! From the moment I first walked in I was greeted with a friendly smile from Kelli. She made me feel welcomed and not overwhelmed. Very easy to talk to and made it fun! I had my full legs & full bikini done and the appointment went by super fast. She took her time and made me feel comfortable. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Cant wait for my next appointment. Thanks again Kelli you rock!! :)

Yalllll it is so pretty and clean in here ! I had Kelli as my sugarista and she was the sweetest person ever!! She was patient and extremely down to earth! I got a Brazilian and my underarms done for the first time and talking to her the whole time made it almost painless !! I'm so happy to have had her as my esthetician for my first Brazilian experience. I definitely recommend them everyone was sweet and if you love pink you'll love it here !🥰
