SUGARED + BRONZED (Tribeca)

I’ve been getting sugared at Sugared+Bronzed for 2+ years now. Sugaring has made such a difference in my life, as I have PCOS and had symptoms since I was 15. Since sugaring is great for sensitive skin, and is a semi-permanent form of hair removal, it has been a game-changer for me. The hair has thinned out in all of the areas that I get treated- it’s truly made a huge difference!! But what surprised me more is the positive mental impact going to Sugared+Bronzed has made - the women who have done my sugaring treatments at Sugared+Bronzed Tribeca have been extremely kind, non-judgemental, and supportive. This means the world to me, as I always feel a bit embarrassed about how much excess hair growth I have due to the PCOS. Isabella and Jackie especially have been so wonderful and I look for

I recently just transferred over from Chelsea location due to a closer commute. I love this company and all it has to offer. I’ve gotten three sugaring’s so far & walking now to get my forth haha. Every-time I have a different worker service me & they all get the job done perfectly. Customer service is always a 10 from the time I walk in until I leave. Always welcome to leave the included tip. I definitely recommend all the friends & family in my community to check out my favorite spot. And it’s also a plus because my gym is right next door and e favorite cafe is around the corner. I love coming to Sugared and Bronzed this location is really great because of the employees. They are so friendly here. Binta sugared me and she was so attentive and caring. I told her about my sensitivities and she made the process quick while still taking the time to care for my needs. Definitely booking here again.

It pains me to write this review, as I have been a loyal Sugared & Bronzed customer for years. However, my experience in December of 2025 was unacceptable. After having my spray tans for events rescheduled twice, I arrived at my confirmed appointment time only to find the studio closed. I received no communication regarding the closure or any changes to my appointment. Since then, I have reached out to customer service three times with absolutely no response. Unfortunately, I will be canceling my membership, as this lack of communication falls incredibly short of basic expectations.

Perfect spray tan experience. Staff is great. Felt so comfortable and tan is beautiful! I will be starting a regular tanning routine here going forward.
