They tried to refix problem I had the first time I did order pink powder acrylic nails and toes full set with a clear gel finish and Sheen that is not what I received the first time chris did reconcile the issue except I just felt that it was very rushed to do the second time but I did like the finishing better than the first time

Always a 5 star experience at Sugar Polish in Athens. Trish and Quyun are amazing. I always leave feeling so relaxed. The salon is always extremely clean and the rest of the staff are always very nice. The owner is very accommodating as well.

I used to really love this place. Every technician was so good and friendly & took their time, was patient, & made sure it was a relaxing experience. The last 2 visits have been disappointing. The technician was upset I asked to make sure all of my old sns was soaked off as I do not like old residue left behind after a 2nd time. She got a major attitude with me and I immediately requested she stop production. Which I never ever do but I had to speak up with how she was treating me. Then today, my service focused more on hurrying up..to get out of their chair. Pedicure was rushed, guy used no muscle the scrub my feet & my nails she was in a hurry, kept bothering me while I’m trying to sit and relax and use the massage feature, which she turned OFF by the way so she could work. The appointment itself was very nice and the techs took their time with the scrubs/lotions. However, the actual paint job would have been done better at home and therefore didn’t make the price worth it. Some of my skin was painted on, some nails weren’t fully painted, and 2 nails chipped off by the end of the day.
