Absolutely devastated by the damage done to my nails! I came into this salon for the first time last week with my sister, walking in with strong, healthy, natural nails. I specifically asked for a simple gel manicure, which I get regularly and have never had issues with. What I received instead was shockingly careless and aggressive work. My nails were over-filed, improperly prepped, and completely stripped of their natural strength. Within days, the integrity of my nails was so compromised that three of them have already broken, something that has never happened to me before. The lady in her 50s did my nails. While cutting my cuticles she accidentally cut my nail bed and it bleeds the entire time. Hurts so bad. She was sweet/kind but she was in very rush. She gave me bandaids and water. First time doing my nails in LA

Absolute WORST fill I have ever had. I paid $70 just to have 2 nails fall off the next day. It took over 2 hours, the nails were all shaped differently and I had to ask her to stop early because i was taking so long. I would not go here.

As a native Angeleno , I have gone to nail salons all over the county and I can truly say I had a pleasant time and got exactly what I wanted . IHA is the goat ! Not only is she a sweetheart but her attention to detail is incredible and really strives to achieve your desired look . Excellent cleaning of my cuticles and nail. She was gentle but really did above and beyond . Good pricing and gentle gel removal as well !
