I went in for a gel soak off, I made it clear multiple times I wanted the fake nail, glue, and gel COMPLETELY removed, I got none of the above. I still have some color on my nails, the tips are still there and there’s still a layer of gel on my nails. After telling her the third time that I want everything off and it wasn’t happening I just paid for what I got and left. She burned my nail bed with the filer, and the solution she used on my nails for the gel was thrown onto my nail which caused stinging around my nails

I did not have a good experience here. They used something to remove the gel that was extremely irritating to my skin, and cut my skin while shaving off the gel.

I came here right after New Year’s Day. I had a spa pedicure and acrylic tips. Pedicure was ok, but the tips were a fail. First, if you want a complicated design on your nails don’t come here. They’re basic. Second, the tips they did had no apex 2 nails broke the very next day and 1 took half my natural nail with it. I had to wait 4 days for that nail to heal before it could be fixed. I went to another nail salon to have the nail fixed and I’ve attached a picture of the difference between the fixed nail and the original work. Don’t go here.

Clean environment and friendly staff! Pricing is a bit on the higher end based on my personal experience. Lots of color selections for both gel and regular polish. Love that they can help with callus. Will be back!

I’ve been meaning to write a review and haven’t had the chance. The salon is super clean and everyone is very welcoming. Anna, does my dip nails whenever I am in town and need them done and she does a great job! She is always busy so make sure to call for an appointment. Everyone who has done my gel pedicures has done fairly well. No chipping or too thick nails either.
