Horrible experience! For some reason he was being cheap with the nail glue. Barely putting any on my nails when applying them. I had to keep telling him to add more glue because the nails kept coming off. It was weird and horrible!!! Then within just a few days my nails started lifting. They used the CHEAPEST nail powder acrylic. I had to tell him a bunch of times what to fix and how to do my nails because they were coming out bulky. They're not worth going to.

Second time I have been here. Got a gel mani and gel pedi done by Lillian. She is the best! My nails lasted me 32 days with no chips, discoloration or cracks! Worth every penny.

I made an appt for 4 o clock for my daughter, I got my nails done here the day before (they are thick & the guy shaved the back of my nail all the way down, who does that? Picture attached) I made the appt while I was paying. I walked in & told Sue I was 15 minutes late but I was going to send my daughter in cause my son was asleep in the car. Then she asks what I need after I explained everything the first time, so I walked out & sent my daughter in. When she walks in she FaceTimes me so I can hear them telling her her appt was at 3. She gets out of school at 3, hence the reason I made the appt for FOUR. I left & came back an hour later & they had my daughter still sitting down waiting & never gave her an estimated wait time. I ask Sue how long and she looks at me & turns back around. I c

Very unprofessional to say the least. They cancel appointments without notice and waste your time and money. They're very rude. Plus they're using cheap acrylic and their gel nail polish sucks. Your nails will always light up and peel cause they use the cheap stuff so you can keep going back to them to spend more money. They make up prices in their head. There's no set price for what you want, it's whatever they decide it'll be. They need to have more respect for their clients especially the ones who've been going to them for years!!!. Very and I mean very unprofessional!!!. What's the point in booking an appointment if they can't keep it and not notify you of the change. They do this all the time to. And with a lot of people. People constantly cursing sue and her husband Kenny out!!!. Th
