Great quality service and friendly staff! I scheduled an appointment for flat twists for a twist out and I love how it came out. They looked so good that I would honestly just wear my hair in the flat twists. The wash was relaxing. I also want to highlight how gentle they were with my hair, especially in comparison to other stylists I have been to. As a natural hair girly I would definitely recommend!

This was one of many birthday gifts, I turned 50, and celebrating with Shondre and Andrianna was the beginning of a great birthday week. This experience elevated my soul as a women. The suede bar creates space for self love, reflection, and inspiration, having the money for their services is just one aspect, this space is for those who want to reconnect and invest in themselves, these women are professionals and are very gifted. This was my first time at the Suede Curl Bar. I called Adriana at 9:30 AM and she was able to book me for a noon appointment—such a relief during the busy holiday season. I got a two-strand twist, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. Essence did my service, and she was amazing. She had a great touch and checked in with me throughout every step of the process—wash, detangle, steamer, conditioners, and styling. Adriana is incredibly personable and professional. Her salon is truly top-notch and the perfect place to relax. I love supporting Black-owned women-led businesses, and Suede Curl Bar is exactly the kind of excellence worth celebrating.

Adrianna is very nice and the salon is very pretty. But for the price i feel it should be a very personalized service and experience and it didn’t feel like that. I liked my haircut , it definitely has more shape than before. Her time management and focus would benefit from some improvement and that would make the price feel more worth it. Edited to Clarify- The services for Mecca and I were never booked together. That is not even possible per the booking website. 2 separate appointments were booked for 90 minutes each, and the only way it was found out we were going to arrive together was due to being asked to reschedule by Adrianna the day before. That is when I informed that the appt after me was going to arrive with me and that is when Adrianna offered to do our services simultaneousl

On yesterday 1/19/2026 I had the pleasure of having my hair done by Adrianna and she did a beautiful job. Not only did she do a good job she also gave me advice on the hair products my hair would benefit from. The visit was my first time and I was pleased with everything and salon is beautiful.
