Subzero plunge

The tub is fine and the chiller worked well for 2 years, but suddenly the chiller stopped workinga d for $3,500 it should last more than 2 years! When I reached out to their support they said it was out of warranty and they could source the parts for me and I was fine with that. I had to continue following up and they finally said the parts are from China and they can’t get them. Since they couldn’t get the parts I suggested a discount on a new unit and they offer a whole $500 off a $3000 unit. I was expecting at least 50% off given I paid $3,500 2 years ago the unit broke and they can’t fix it. In short, beware of buying from this company. If you’re chiller breaks you might be out of luck and have to buy a new one. I cut my losses and bought another unit from another company that has a

Love the cold plunge. It works like a champ and doesn’t require a lot of power. The chiller is very compact and functions very quietly. The team is A+ to work with!!

I bought one of the Subzero plunge pools and found it to be extremely high quality. I was most impressed by the heating/cooling device that works exceptionally. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for one!
