Fon cut my hair and let me say she’s a sweetheart and is passionate about her work! She’s also very quick! Definitely get your hair done with her!

Our first time here, after being recommended by my wife's coworker. We got there early and it was no problem. Took Ryan right in. Showed the stylist a picture of what Ryan wanted. "Ok." She did an excellent job and was very quick. Much more like a classic barber shop. Well the colors inside really follow that. They prefer cash to credit and they were much cheaper than where we had been going. We already made appointments for the rest of the family.

Initially the session was fine; Fon did an excellent job of cutting and styling my damaged hair. The two stars are for Ms. Fon and absolutely nobody else. ⭐️⭐️ I was quoted $60 for the cut & styling alone and about double that for coloring, the latter of which I turned down as I am on a budget. At the front desk / register, I added what I thought was a somewhat generous tip ($27) to be charged to my debit card on top of the base cost of the cut/styling. I was repeatedly exhorted to pay a cash tip whenever possible so I promised such for next time (my next salon visit). For a long time that full transaction debit charge ($87) didn’t go through, staying in limbo on my bank app’s transactions queue. Finally, I was at my bank doing a cash withdrawal anyways, so I decided to withdraw $30

I would say 0 stars if I could. Really rude staff, ruined my hair color here and would not let me speak with the owner or give a refund. I showed Lynn a picture of the design I wanted and was fully ignored. They then told me to "be patient" and wait for Lynn to come back from vacation after 14 days to get it fixed. They said they cannot do anything in the meantime and wouldn't even offer any other stylist to fix it. Will not give you your money back or even attempt to keep a customer satisfied. Never going here again.

Lynn has been doing my highlights, color and cut for years! She does a great job and uses good products. She also cuts my husband’s hair as well and does a great job! I highly recommend her!
