Beautiful Nails

I was trying to get a simple gel manicure (short) for my birthday but they turned out awful. Some nails were very boxy and square and others were round. The polish was on my skin around my nails and he didn't bother to clean it off. I even showed him the ones I didn't like and asked for him to round them but he obviously didn't round them very much. I ended up crying in my car then going home to fix them myself. I have photos but it won't let me post them.

I have been going to Tina for 16years. Tina, Hanna,Helen, and Henry have all done mine, my mother, mother in law, and sister in law’s nails. They have the best customer service. I come from Frederick to here. Everyone in there is great. We will never go any where else. They have the best attitude and care. Anytime a nail breaks they’re quick to fix it right away with no problem or if you don’t like a color they will help you to pick one that goes with your skin tone, and top of that they do eye lashes, eyebrows, and more. Tina does the best eyebrow wax and threading she’s the best at it.

I was really looking forward to a nice evening for much needed self-care only to have the a horrible experience! I initially went in for a mani/pedi. The technician would not help me find a color that matched my inspiration picture. Instead she laughed at me with her colleagues as if I was being difficult when really I needed help. After my pedicure was done she made a joke to the person she was sending me over to for my manicure and again laughed with all her co workers which made me feel very uncomfortable. She kept telling me to leave without providing me sandals to go in. However I saw other clients with them on. When I asked her of she wanted me to walk up there barefoot, she looked dumbfounded. I asked her why hadn’t I received sandals like everyone else? She couldn’t give me an answ

I love beautiful nails spa. Been doing business with Tina now for about 13+ years and love all the staff. Hanna I can’t even go anywhere for my pedicure she is the best. Please if you don’t know them make your way to the store they will make you beautiful. 💜
