Last week, I called to make an appointment. The receptionist answered with a simple "hello," and as I began to speak, she hung up on me. I assumed it might have been a connection issue, so I called back three more times—but she never answered. This kind of behavior shows a lack of professionalism and poor customer service. She clearly doesn't know how to treat customers with respect. Based on this experience, I do not recommend this place.

The people are friendly and nice. The people and place has a warm homey feel. I have fine, thin hair, but a lot of it. It's hard to cut. I've had multiple people cut it and it looked like the edge of a broom. Not here though, they always do a great job.

Always on time, reasonable prices, friendly and relaxing environment. Have been going for many years and always satisfied with my cut and color!

Excellent hair care and styles at a reasonable price, plus their nice and local!
