Such a wonderful place to buy all your hair needs. Sales associates are always nice, friendly and helpful! I love the positive message in the music that is playing . I highly recommend them!

Service was poor. During my visit, the owner closely watched me the entire time, and kept coming up to me following me, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Because of this, I would not return.

This Hair store is over priced they will not let you exchange you hair even if u just walk out the store . I OWEN A SALON that send clients there to get hair and she stated that our clients come there and cause problems when looking for hair. They are very races to use . Please do not buy from them. All my client's will never buy from this place. The worst.

Really a nice store! Always so nice and welcoming. They always have the music playing. I don’t live in this areas anymore but still drive here for the service. They don’t always have the products that I need but I come here first before going elsewhere because their service is perfect.

I had given up on customer service until I visited joy joy beauty supply in Penn Hills. I went in to look for a wig, but ended up not purchasing one because I was looking for a specific color. Long story short, I thought I had left my prescription sunglasses in there store so returned the next day. The store clerk and owners diligently reviewed their video footage to determine whether or not I had them on. I left thinking I’d just have to save to get another pair. They took my information and called me later to let me know I had them in my hands upon leaving. Thank you for searching and following up with me. They are so professional, very accommodating, kind and extremely customer focused. I will be returning to their store in the future for my beauty supply needs. 😊
