Honestly wish I could give more than 5 stars. I stepped out on a limb and got my son’s hair cut here awhile back. She went above and beyond to listen to me and do his hair exactly how I wanted it. Fast forward to today - I went in to get my hair trimmed. I haven’t had a cut in over a year. She’s so patient and kind to her clients. Her clients aren’t “just a paycheck” and it shows. Love this hairstylist and the friendly atmosphere she brings to Jacksonville!

Ms. Alexandria did phenomenal on my boy’s hair. She was so so sweet, and is the best kid’s stylist I’ve encountered. She talked them through each stage of the haircut, and reassured them when needed. My son told me he “really liked that place” when we left. Will absolutely book with her again when the time comes!

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. If you’re looking to get your baby’s first haircut GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. NOT FRIENDLY, NOT CLEAN, I don’t understand how this place has high reviews. Our experience was HORRIBLE. It’s very obvious that a child who is getting a haircut for the first time may cry from fear and as a parent you’ll do everything possible to help calm your child but what DOESN’T HELP is when the person who’s cutting the hair is trying to rush you and your child off and doesn’t even try to show a single ounce of kindness or patience towards your child to try to help. Very disappointed at the lack of people skills in a place that has 4 stars. If you choose to work at a KIDS salon you should at least try to be kind, more patient and COMMUNICATIVE!!! Absolutely amazing! We took in our 4 year old Autistic son for his first haircut. I had no idea how he would handle it but she was so patient with him, talked him through the parts he was iffy about, and was able to do exactly what I asked for. She works quick and efficiently 😍 She gave us a first haircut certificate and a bag with my sons hair. So happy to have a found somewhere I can take my son for cuts.🖤10/10 recommend.
