This place is disgusting!They told my mother to arrive before 9 a.m., she arrived on time, and the lady suppose to be doing her did not come. Zero respect for her time. While I was on the phone with my mom trying to figure out what happening, I overheard another employee snap, “Hurry up and finish your phone call so you can talk to the lady,” in the most condescending, nasty tone imaginable. Let me be clear: my mother is 65 years old, not a child and not someone for your staff to speak down to like that. I rushed over immediately and found my mother standing outside in 50-degree weather because she apparently wasn’t even allowed to sit inside while she waited. Don’t waste your time! Tried to get my daughter in here to get her hair done on multiple occasions and no one responded about an appointment time.

Great customer service and very friendly. I like that they value your time, the place is very clean and affordable. My daughter hair was very pretty.

Styles by Traci is a wonderful place to get your hair done. Traci, the owner and stylist, truly cares about her clients and does an amazing job. She provides great customer service, offers helpful suggestions, and makes sure you leave her chair looking and feeling your best. You will never leave wondering why you spent your money—she makes sure you leave happy every time. She does excellent work on all of her clients.

Shoutout to Tracy owner of Styles by Traci. She was the only person that could get my son’s hair to loc! She helped me to step out of my comfort zone of jet black hair to a vibrant red that gets me so many compliments. Thank you for working with me and my crazy schedule.
