Styles by Lydia Beauty Bar is the best salon I’ve been to in years. The owner, Lydia, is my stylist and she always listens to how I want my hair cut and colored. Her staff is always accommodating and always creating an excellent experience for their clients. Lydia is my go to!!

I have been going to Lydia for about 13 years, and she has always been amazing. She takes care of my hair while also achieving the results I want. I am getting married in 2026, and I'm so happy she's going to be taking care of my bridal party and me on my big day! Recently she did my hair for my engagement photos and she made me feel like a princess. And Eleanor did my makeup- it was gorgeous (and I am picky about getting my makeup done). I am even more excited for my wedding now. Everyone there is also so nice!

I asked for a simple trim to maintain my already existing Hime haircut and showed multiple reference photos. Instead, my sidelocks were left uneven and undefined, and my bangs were jagged, thick, and full of stray hairs. I had to buy clips but I can’t even use clips to hide the side locks or my bangs. After I requested a refund, they admitted the bangs didn’t look right but said they looked too blunt — even though the style is supposed to be blunt(Which I said and showed). When I asked if they thought it was a good haircut and are comfortable with me posting the photos they ignored it. I re-sent the reference photos, and they claimed it looked the same — which it obviously didn't. They even tried blaming me by saying I didn't 'part my hair right' but the photo I sent was taken immediatel

Very comfortable and relaxed environment. Emily was kind and took the time to look over the photos I brought to get a feel for what I wanted. She was very thorough and did a great job on my curly hair. I’m very happy with my experience.
