Rozzo's Razors

I called prior to coming in with my 2 children ages 2 and 4. The owner claimed she could get them in at 11:15am and we arrived on time. The owner is who was cutting my child’s hair (I didn’t know) was an older lady(not judging) but she cut my daughter’s hair first and it went smoothly. Then when i sat with my son as I ALWAYS HAVE IN THE PAST. She had a problem with it from the start. She claimed she couldn’t do the haircut I originally wanted which was fine I could deal with just a trim up for school. As she was cutting his hair she rolled her eyes 4-5 times that I caught in my view because I was really just speachless trying to trust the process. I called while at work today for a 5:30 appointment, I had been growing my hair out for a year and wanted a modern mullet with a low taper fade on the sides. Maurice and the secretary were very nice but I showed him a picture of the fade and asked if he was able to do this, not only was he unable to do it, he cut the sides to one length way higher then it needed to, has 0 fade, and now I will need to wait atleast two months of regrow in order to now unfortunately chop off all of my hair. At no point in time did he wet my hair in order to make the comb go through it more smoothly, but instead yanked through the knots and ripped at my hair, the beard trim was just a lineup, and I am accustomed to barbers lining up the beard and then using a straight razor to make the line crisp, if I wanted

I have a job interview so I thought a haircut would be perfect to look great for my job interview. I called a day in advance and made an appointment for the next day Wednesday 9 AM. Well, apparently they don't even open at 9 AM so the appointment I made with the person who answered the phone was void. After showing up at 9am then having to call and find out what Google and their own front door says is wrong. I went back at 10am and sat there waiting for anyone to show leaving at 10:28am . If your needing a cut for important moments in life go somewhere else don't trust these people. They will only let you down.

Rocco Timulak by far is the best hairstylist I’ve had. I’ve followed him for 5 years through his journey. Seeing him at rozzo razors he is the only lively person in the salon. The man’s never sitting always working and never says no to picking up other clients when stylist can’t make it to the salon. He’s a real reflection on this generations work ethic. When you sit in his chair there’s immediately connection. He wants to not only make you look good but feel good. His interest in hair, music, family and life itself is beautiful. Rocco isn’t afraid to step to the side and really understand what you are wanting out of your service. Where every Rocco goes you can count me in as a client. 5 star highly recommend

Excellent experience twice now with two different stylists. I believe their names were Mary and Rocco. Please forgive me if I have the names wrong. I will definitely be back!
